From July 15 to 17, the China International Diecasting Exhibition (CID 2026) was successfully held at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre. LH-TC made a high-profile appearance at Booth N3A65, showcasing its core product lines—robotic tool changers, force-controlled floating grinding units, and grippers—specifically designed to solve deburring challenges for large integrated die-castings such as automotive rear floor panels.
Event Details:

1. Force-Controlled Floating Grinding Solves Post-Processing Challenges for Integrated Die-Castings
Integrated die-casting has become a core technology for lightweighting in new energy vehicles (NEVs). However, post-processing deburring for 6,000T+ ultra-large die-casting cells remains a major mass-production bottleneck. Large integrated structural components—such as automotive rear floor panels—feature complex curved profiles, irregular parting lines/flash, and high dimensional molding tolerances.
To address these pain points, LH-TC highlighted its Force-Controlled Floating Grinding System at the expo. Equipped with a high-precision closed-loop force control system and a repeat positioning accuracy of $1\ \mu\text{m}$, the system pairs with a wide-range high-speed electric spindle to deliver both high precision and efficiency. The resulting finish eliminates burrs and sharp edges without recast layer/flash sticking. The system also supports automatic tool changing to significantly reduce downtime. Leveraging extensive field deployment experience, LH-TC has built a dedicated process database for integrated die-castings, enabling rapid adaptation to various automotive rear floor panel specifications.

2. Flexible Switching via Tool Changer Systems Boosts Line Quality and Efficiency
As mold-change frequencies rise, switching loading/unloading fixtures on automated production lines has become increasingly frequent. LH-TC showcased its robotic tool changers, covering a payload range of 5–3,000 kg. Capable of automated tool swaps in seconds with a repeat accuracy of $\pm 0.02\text{ mm}$ and an IP67 protection rating, the system effectively addresses low manual changeover efficiency and poor line flexibility—making it ideal for high-frequency changeover scenarios like die-casting.
LH-TC is a National High-Tech Enterprise and Provincial Specialized, Refined, Differential, and Innovative (SRDI) Enterprise, operating a 30,000 $\text{m}^2$ smart manufacturing base. Every product is assigned an independent S/N code for full-lifecycle traceability. LH-TC holds over 70 patents, 5 software copyrights, and international certifications including TÜV, CE, SIL, and ISO 9001.

Our team is offering one-on-one technical exchanges throughout the show—we warmly welcome industry colleagues to visit Booth N3A65 to connect and discuss potential collaborations!
