Zhang Jincai, currently the leader of the production sector at Linghang Robot, has over twenty years of experience in manufacturing management. Since the establishment of Linghang Robot, he has made numerous contributions in production management, process optimization, and team building with his excellent leadership and deep industry insight. Under his leadership, the production department has not only achieved a leap in productivity but also made significant progress in quality control and cost control, laying a solid foundation for the company’s rapid development.

Mr. Zhang, can you share your journey of growing together with the company?

Answer: Looking back to when Linghang Robot was just a startup with limited resources, I could feel the team’s unyielding spirit and boundless hopes for the future. From the beginning, Linghang Robot’s founder, Mr. Chen, demonstrated extraordinary vision and determination, abandoning a mature project that had already reached tens of millions in revenue to fully invest in the cutting-edge field of robotic tool changers. His relentless pursuit of product technology not only highlighted his dedication to innovation but also deeply moved and impressed me. Additionally, his care for employees showed me the warmth of the company. I believe that as long as we work together, we can overcome any challenge. This belief made me decide to stand by the company until today.

What challenges have you encountered in production management, and how have you overcome them?

Answer: Challenges accompany every step of development. I remember in the early days of the company’s expansion, we faced issues like unstable quality control. To solve these problems, I led the team to dive deep into the front lines, managing every step of the production process meticulously and continuously testing and improving. We introduced advanced production management systems, strengthened employee training, and optimized operational processes, ultimately achieving a significant increase in production efficiency and stable, controllable product quality. Although the process was arduous, the moment we saw the results, all the efforts were worth it.

After experiencing countless challenges, you must have gained a lot. What are you most proud of in your work?

Answer: Looking back at these years with Linghang Robot, what makes me most proud is that our products can truly help manufacturing companies, significantly reducing labor intensity and freeing workers from heavy manual labor, while greatly improving production efficiency. I remember in the early days of the company, we set a mission: never forget the craftsman’s spirit and help Chinese manufacturing free labor. After years of effort, the robotic end tools we successfully developed have effectively addressed issues like labor shortages and low efficiency in traditional production. Seeing our products running stably in various manufacturing workshops and automobile plants, and hearing customers say that production efficiency has doubled and workers’ environments have become safer and more comfortable, the sense of achievement and pride is indescribable. This is not just the result of our technical team’s efforts but also a reflection of the united and innovative spirit of the entire Linghang Robot team. Every time I feel immensely fortunate and proud to be a part of this family and witness all this.

What are your plans and expectations for the future of Linghang Robot’s production sector?

Answer: In the future, we will continue to uphold the concept of “innovation drives development, quality wins the market,” and focus on intelligent and green transformation of production management. We will increase investments in automation and digitalization to improve production efficiency and flexibility. Additionally, we will pay more attention to talent cultivation and team building, creating a high-quality, high-efficiency production management team to provide strong support for Linghang Robot’s long-term development.
